The NOGA RC1000 is a hand deburring tool set designed for removing burrs and sharp edges from machined, drilled, and fabricated metal parts. It ships as a complete, ready-to-use assembly: one steel handle with an R1 high speed steel blade pre-installed. High speed steel holds a cutting edge through repeated use on ferrous and non-ferrous materials, making it a reliable choice for shop technicians, pipefitters, and maintenance mechanics who deburr frequently. The handle is not sold separately, and no additional components are required to put this tool into service.
The RC1000 is suited for deburring pipe cross holes and similar internal or edge features produced during drilling, punching, or reaming operations. It fits into general fabrication, plumbing rough-in, HVAC sheet metal work, and light machining environments where a fast, hand-operated deburring pass is part of the normal workflow. The compact handle length of 77 millimeters keeps the tool maneuverable in tight access areas.
Designed for use on pipe cross holes and comparable drilled or punched openings in metal workpieces; accepts the R1 blade type standard to the NOGA RC-series deburring system.
Hand deburring tools require no power source and no special installation. Ensure the workpiece is secured in a vise or fixture before deburring to prevent movement during the cutting stroke. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling freshly machined parts and when swapping blades. Dispose of metal shavings per your shop waste procedures.
