The NOGA NG9300 is an 11-piece hand deburring tool set designed to remove burrs and sharp edges from machined, fabricated, or cut workpieces. The set uses S100-type high speed steel blades mounted in plastic handles. Blades are interchangeable across handles, allowing a single technician to switch cutting profiles without carrying multiple dedicated tools. The set covers straight edges, curved edges, and holes, making it a compact solution for sheet metal workers, machinists, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians who need consistent edge finishing across a range of materials and geometries.
This set is suited for light industrial, mechanical, and trade shop environments where hand deburring is a routine step in part prep or installation work. The adjustable handle design and interchangeable S100 blades support use across varying workpiece profiles. Blade widths in the set span 3.20 mm, 10.40 mm, and 16.50 mm, accommodating narrow bores and wider flat surfaces in the same kit. Handle trade names in this set are Edge Off and Noga Grip.
Designed for use with S-type interchangeable blades. Compatible surfaces include straight edges, curved edges, and holes. Hole chamfering blade is not included in this set.
Hand deburring tools require no power source and are operated manually by machinists, pipefitters, sheet metal workers, or general maintenance technicians. Always wear cut-resistant gloves when changing blades or working near freshly deburred edges. Secure the workpiece before deburring to prevent movement. Inspect blade seating in the handle before each use to confirm the blade is locked and will not disengage during operation.
