The NOGA MT2410 is a granite base indicator stand designed to hold dial indicators and comparator gages securely during precision measurement tasks. The rectangular granite base provides a stable, vibration-damping foundation that resists wear and maintains flatness over time. A fine adjustment mechanism allows technicians to position the indicator with exacting control, reducing setup time and improving measurement repeatability. This stand ships with a holder included and is intended for use in metrology, inspection, and quality control environments. It is installed and used by machinists, metrologists, and QC technicians working with dial indicators or test indicators in shop or lab settings.
The MT2410 suits surface plate and benchtop inspection setups where a stable, non-magnetic base is required. The granite construction is well suited to environments where magnetic base stands are incompatible with the workpiece or surface. The rectangular base measures 400.00 mm along both length and width, offering a wide footprint for reduced tip-over risk during indicator positioning. No dial indicator or anvil is included, so this stand integrates with indicators and probes already in the shop inventory.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fitment granite base stand for use with dial indicators and comparator gages in surface plate and bench inspection applications.
Setup is performed by QC technicians or machinists; no special tools or licensed trade certification is required. Place the granite base on a clean, level surface plate or inspection bench before attaching the indicator to the included holder. Do not drop or impact the granite base, as granite is brittle and may chip or crack if subjected to shock loads. Verify the holder clamp is firmly secured before taking measurements to prevent indicator movement during use.
