The NOGA CR4100 is a hand deburring tool set with a ceramic flat scraper blade and a plastic handle, designed for manual deburring and edge finishing in fabrication, machining, and assembly environments. The bi-directional blade orientation allows the technician to work on both forward and reverse strokes, reducing repositioning time. The adjustable design accommodates varying edge profiles. With a compact overall length and a 3-inch handle, this tool gives the operator close control when cleaning up parting line flash, chamfering hole edges, and removing burrs from flat surfaces. Machinists, toolmakers, fabricators, and maintenance technicians are the primary users.
The CR4100 is suited for light deburring tasks on plastic, soft metal, and composite surfaces where a ceramic blade is preferred over carbide or high-speed steel. The flat scraper blade profile works on straight edges, slots, and flat parting line flash left from injection molding or casting. Hole chamfering capability adds utility for finishing drilled openings without switching tools. The plastic handle keeps weight low for extended-use comfort on production lines or bench work.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement-grade hand deburring tool for bench and production use on flat and parting-line surfaces where a ceramic scraper blade profile is specified.
No power source is required. Inspect the blade for chips or cracks before each use and replace the blade if damaged. Secure the workpiece in a vise or fixture before deburring to prevent movement during the stroke. Follow applicable shop safety practices including eye protection when removing metal or plastic burrs.
