The NOGA BD5010 D50 is a high speed steel scraper blade designed for deburring and edge finishing on a wide range of materials. The blade features a triangular cross-section with three cut edges, allowing bi-directional cutting action for efficient material removal. At 50 millimeters in length and 3.20 millimeters in width, it fits the D-series holder and is suited for professional use in machining, fabrication, and finishing applications. Licensed machinists, tool and die technicians, and metalworking pros reach for this blade when clean, precise deburring is required on both hole edges and straight edges.
This blade is built for use on a broad spectrum of materials including aluminum, brass, cast iron, glass, hardened steel, plastic, and standard steel. It is well suited to production environments and job shops where consistent edge quality matters. The bi-directional cutting capability allows the technician to work in both stroke directions without repositioning, reducing cycle time on repetitive deburring tasks. It mounts to D-series NOGA holders and is not reversible.
Designed for use with D-series NOGA scraper holders. Compatible surface types include hole edges and straight edges. Suitable for use on aluminum, brass, cast iron, glass, hardened steel, plastic, and steel workpieces.
Installation of this blade is performed by machinists or tooling technicians. Ensure the holder is free of debris before seating the blade. Secure the blade fully in the D-series holder before applying cutting pressure. Handle high speed steel blades with care, as edges are sharp and can cause injury if mishandled during changeover.
