The NIKCOLE MINI-SYSTEMS GIE7SG0.8L GOLD is a solid carbide grooving insert designed for precision external grooving and parting operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built to GIE insert style specifications with an SG chip breaker geometry, this left-hand insert delivers a 0.80 mm cutting width and a maximum depth of cut of 2.54 mm. The TiN coating improves surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous machining applications.
