The NIKCOLE MINI-SYSTEMS GIE7GP1.0 L-RC2 is a solid carbide cutoff and grooving insert designed for precision parting and groove operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Manufactured to a C2 carbide material grade with a coated finish, this insert delivers consistent performance on non-ferrous metal workpieces. It features a 1.00 mm (0.0394 inch) cutting width, a 7-degree right-hand lead angle, and a GP chipbreaker geometry. The insert carries ISO 9001 certification and is part of the established Nikcole Mini-Systems series, commonly installed by machinists and toolroom technicians in production and job-shop environments.

This insert is suited for cut-off and grooving operations on non-ferrous materials in both production and light-duty machining applications.
