The NIBCO h-58754-54 is a Hydro-Core right flange manifold designed for hydronic heating systems. It features a 1-1/4 inch sweat run connection paired with a 1 inch Hydro-Core right flange outlet and a 1 inch sweat union connection. This manifold serves as a primary distribution component in boiler-based hydronic systems, allowing technicians to connect the boiler supply to zone circuits with a clean, serviceable union fitting. Licensed plumbers and hydronic heating specialists install this manifold during new system builds and boiler replacement projects where proper flow distribution and serviceability are required.
This manifold is suited for residential and light commercial hydronic heating applications where a sweat-connect manifold with a right-hand flange configuration is specified. It is intended for use with condensing and non-condensing boilers where the system run size is 1-1/4 inches and the boiler connection is 1 inch. Compatible boiler models are listed below. NIBCO recommends consulting the Boiler Compatibility Chart for your specific boiler manufacturer and model before installation to confirm the correct manifold configuration.
Compatible with the following boilers: Cadet CDN-070, Cadet CDN-100, Cadet CDN-120, Cadet CCN-120, Knight WHN055, Knight WHN085, Knight WHN110, Knight WHN155, Knight KBN081, Knight KBN106, Knight KBN151, Knight KBN211, Challenger CC-85, Challenger CC-85s, Challenger CC-105, Challenger CC-105s, Challenger CC-125, Challenger CC-125s, CHS-85, CHS-110, ALP080 Boilers, ALP105 Boilers, ALP150 Boilers, ALP210 Boilers, Purfire PF-050, Purfire PF-080, Purfire PF-110, Purfire PF-140, Purfire PF-210, Ultra 80, Ultra 105.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified hydronic heating technician in accordance with local plumbing codes and the boiler manufacturer instructions. Shut down the boiler and allow the system to depressurize and cool before removing any existing manifold components. Sweat connections require proper flux, solder, and torch technique to achieve leak-free joints — keep heat away from any plastic or rubber components nearby. Verify the correct flange orientation and system run size against the boiler compatibility chart before beginning the installation.
