Product Description

The NIBCO CE04050 is a 3/4 inch Schedule 80 PVDF socket union designed for high-purity and corrosive-fluid piping systems. PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) is a chemically resistant thermoplastic widely specified in industrial, chemical processing, and plumbing applications where aggressive media or elevated temperatures rule out standard PVC or CPVC. This union features slip-by-SR FIPT end connections and is rated for operating temperatures from 73 degrees F up to 280 degrees F. It is installed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians requiring a reliable, removable joint in a plastic piping system.

This union is suited for residential and commercial chemical handling, water treatment, semiconductor manufacturing, and industrial fluid systems using Schedule 80 PVDF piping. Installation Notes
