The NIBCO CE01350 is a 1-inch Schedule 80 PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) 90-degree elbow fitting designed for demanding chemical and high-purity piping systems. PVDF offers exceptional resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals, UV exposure, and elevated temperatures, making it a preferred material where standard PVC or CPVC would fail. The CE01350 features Slip x SR FIPT end connections and meets ASTM D3222 material standards. Licensed plumbers and industrial pipefitters install this fitting in systems where chemical compatibility and pressure rating are critical selection criteria.
This fitting is suited for both commercial and industrial applications where PVDF piping systems are specified, including chemical processing, semiconductor manufacturing, water treatment, and high-purity fluid handling. Schedule 80 wall thickness provides a higher pressure rating than Schedule 40 and additional mechanical strength at connection points. The slip socket end accepts Schedule 80 PVDF pipe for solvent-welded assembly, while the SR FIPT end accepts a threaded connection.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting compatible with 1-inch Schedule 80 PVDF piping systems using solvent-weld and threaded connections.
This fitting is installed by licensed plumbers or industrial pipefitters working with thermoplastic piping systems. Before beginning any work, shut off the fluid supply and depressurize the line completely. Use only PVDF-compatible solvent cement on the slip end and ensure threads are clean and properly taped or pasted on the SR FIPT connection. Follow IPC and applicable local codes governing plastic piping in chemical or industrial service environments.
