The NIBCO CE00000 is a 1/2 inch Schedule 80 PVDF socket coupling designed for joining plastic pipe in demanding fluid-handling systems. PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) offers excellent chemical resistance, making this fitting suitable for aggressive media including acids, bases, and solvents where standard PVC or CPVC fittings are not appropriate. The slip by SR FIPT end connections allow straightforward solvent-cement installation on one end and a female iron pipe thread connection on the other.
