The NDL INDUSTRIES W6092 is a copper return bend fitting used to reverse flow direction in refrigeration and HVAC tubing systems. The fitting connects via a C x Bend Radius configuration and measures 7/8 inches by 2-1/2 inches. Return bends are standard components in evaporator and condenser coil assemblies, allowing refrigerant or fluid lines to make 180-degree turns within a compact space. This fitting is installed by licensed HVAC technicians and refrigeration mechanics during coil fabrication, field repair, or system retrofits where copper sweat connections are required.
This return bend is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration applications where copper tubing runs require a tight directional reversal. The 7/8-inch connection size and 2-1/2-inch bend radius make it appropriate for medium-diameter refrigerant line coil work. It is sold in a box quantity of 10, which supports both single-unit repairs and small-batch coil fabrication jobs.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or fabrication component for copper tubing systems in residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration coil assemblies requiring a 7/8-inch C x Bend Radius return fitting.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC or refrigeration technician familiar with copper sweat and brazing procedures. Recover and evacuate the system refrigerant before cutting into any live refrigerant circuit, in accordance with EPA Section 608 requirements. Use appropriate brazing alloy and flux for copper-to-copper joints, and allow fittings to cool fully before pressurizing the system. Inspect the brazed joint visually and leak-test before returning the system to service.
