The NDL INDUSTRIES W6032 is a copper return bend fitting with a C x Bend Radius connection type, sized at 1/2 inch by 1-1/2 inch. Return bends are used to reverse the direction of a copper tube run within a refrigeration coil, heat exchanger, or hydronic piping assembly. This fitting is sweat-connected on one end and joins to a specified bend radius on the other, making it a standard component in coil fabrication and repair work. HVAC technicians and plumbers install this fitting when rebuilding or replacing coil sections or constructing new copper tube assemblies.
This return bend is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC coil assemblies, refrigeration systems, and hydronic heating loops where a 1/2-inch copper tube must reverse direction. It is commonly used during coil fabrication on evaporator and condenser coils, as well as in chilled water and hot water piping systems. The box quantity of 50 units makes it practical for contractors stocking inventory for coil repair or production work.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or fabrication component for copper tube coil assemblies using 1/2-inch nominal tube with a C x Bend Radius connection configuration.
Installation is performed by licensed HVAC technicians or plumbers using standard sweat-soldering tools including a torch, flux, and lead-free solder per applicable codes. Shut off and recover any refrigerant or drain and isolate any hydronic system before cutting into existing lines. Follow ASHRAE, IFGC, and local mechanical code requirements for copper brazing and soldering on pressurized systems. Do not over-heat the fitting during soldering, as excessive heat can distort the bend radius and compromise the joint.
