National Public Seating RT8C-02 Tapered Choral Riser Grey

Product Description

The NATIONAL PUBLIC SEATING RT8C-02 is a tapered choral riser with a carpet surface, designed for use in performance venues, auditoriums, and multipurpose event spaces. The tapered profile allows multiple units to be arranged in angled semi-circular configurations, which is standard for choir and choral ensemble staging. The riser measures 60 inches long by 18 inches wide by 8 inches high and weighs 38 pounds. A built-in multi-level ganging mechanism connects adjacent risers without additional hardware, keeping setup time low and the platform stable during use.

This riser is suited for schools, houses of worship, performing arts centers, and community event facilities. The carpet surface reduces footwear noise and provides traction for performers standing during rehearsals or live performances. The tapered design is specifically intended for semi-circular choir arrangements where straight risers would create gaps. Setup and breakdown require no tools, making it practical for facilities that reconfigure staging frequently.
