Product Description

The NAPCO isec-kit2 is a complete wireless intrusion detection kit built around the iSecure hub, a self-contained control unit with a built-in StarLink LTE communicator and an 85 dB siren. The hub supports up to 80 wireless zones for intrusion and fire detection, up to 2 areas, and up to 90 user codes. Over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates are supported. The kit ships ready to deploy and is intended for installation by licensed alarm technicians or security integrators working on residential or light commercial projects.

This kit is suited for residential and small commercial applications where a fully wireless, cellular-communicating security system is needed without hardwired infrastructure. The hub can be placed anywhere safe on-site, either standing on a surface or wall-mounted. It ships with a plug-in AC power cord and has a provision for a standard 4 Ah, 12-volt backup battery. The included 4.3-inch wireless color touchscreen keypad is transformer-powered and connects wirelessly to the hub, keeping installation clean and flexible. Two wireless window and door transmitters and one wireless PIR motion sensor with a 50-foot by 50-foot detection range round out the kit.

Installation Notes
