Voomi flat-out scammed me.
They advertised and sold what was clearly shown as a complete HVAC kit—condenser, thermostat, and copper line set included. I bought it based on their own website. What showed up was missing major components.
When I confronted them and sent screenshots of their original listing, suddenly the story changed. Instead of honoring what they sold, they changed the listing after the fact and tried to act like it was never advertised that way. That is not a mistake—that’s a deliberate attempt to rewrite history after taking a customer’s money.
Thank God I had screenshots, because without proof of what they originally advertised, they absolutely would have screwed me and walked away like nothing happened. The only reason they even acknowledged the issue is because I caught them.
This is classic bait-and-switch behavior: sell a “complete kit,” ship an incomplete product, then quietly edit the listing once the customer calls them out. No accountability, no integrity, and no concern for the customer once they’ve been paid.
If you’re considering buying from Voomi, document everything—or better yet, don’t buy from them at all. A company that changes listings after the sale to dodge responsibility is not a company you can trust
