    item was out of stock. i was notified on day of delivery. they gave me an option of waiting for part or cancelling part. i called and cancelled part. they did not refund my money. when i called them, they told me that the part was shipped. i had to purchase the part from home depot to complete my job on delivery day. i dont understand what or how this company works. this is my first and last time doing business with this company. now i have to wait for the part to be delivered and return same. if they had notified before the delivery day i could have made different arrangements. how do i explain to the person that i dont have the part on delivery day? this not how you do business.
