The MK MORSE 102650 is a 7.25-inch carbide tipped circular saw blade engineered for cutting non-ferrous metals including aluminum, brass, and copper. With 56 teeth, this blade delivers clean, controlled cuts through tubing, extrusions, and other structural shapes with wall thickness up to 0.375 inches. The carbide tips provide the edge retention needed to handle non-ferrous materials that would quickly dull standard steel-tooth blades. This blade is designed for non-ferrous metal cutting applications including aluminum tubing, brass fittings, copper pipe, and aluminum extrusions or structural shapes. Wall thickness must not exceed 0.375 inches for optimal performance and blade longevity. It is appropriate for use in residential and light commercial work wherever clean non-ferrous cuts are required. Blade installation and changeout should be performed by qualified personnel following the saw manufacturer's instructions. Disconnect power or remove the battery before changing the blade. Ensure the arbor nut is properly torqued per the saw manufacturer's specification and that the blade rotation arrow matches the saw's spindle direction. When cutting non-ferrous metals, use appropriate eye protection and secure the workpiece firmly to prevent blade binding or kickback.
