The MITSUBISHI 602626 is a CCMT-style indexable turning insert designed for precision metal cutting on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built from cermet substrate with a PVD coating, this insert carries manufacturer grade MP3025 and is engineered for high wear-resistance through high toughness on steel workpieces. It features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) insert shape, a 7-degree relief angle, a corner radius of 0.40 mm (0.0156 inches), and provides 2 cutting edges per insert. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this insert in compatible CCMT toolholders as part of routine insert indexing or replacement.

This insert is suited for finish to semi-finish turning of steel (ISO material group P).
