The MITSUBISHI 10631423 is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for very small hole drilling in precision machining applications. It has a 1.10 mm (0.0433 inch) cutting diameter, a 141-degree drill point angle with X-thinning geometry, and a TiAlN coating that extends tool life in abrasive and high-temperature cutting conditions. The overall length is 50.00 mm (1.9685 inches) with a 4.00 mm (0.1575 inch) straight-cylindrical shank. Compatibility

Installation Notes

Installation and tool changes should be performed by a qualified machinist with the spindle fully stopped and machine placed in a safe, locked-out state. Seat the shank fully in a precision collet chuck and verify runout before beginning a cut. Do not exceed the maximum drilling depth of 2.40 mm (0.0945 inch) per pass without confirming chip clearance and coolant flow. Handle micro-diameter carbide tooling with care to avoid chipping the cutting edge during setup.
