The MIRACOOL PC1 FR Phase Changevest contains 6 oz. Flame resistant treated cotton that is soft, lightweight, cool, and comfortable. It meets ASTM F1506, has an Arc Rating 7.2 cal. NFPA 70E / HRC level 1 and is Flame Resistant through 50 washes. Cools for 2-3 hours, set at 65 degrees.
