The MILWAUKEE VALVE BA100ELDA 14 is a 2-piece, full port manual ball valve designed for inline shutoff and flow control in compressed air and water systems. The bronze body and brass trim construction make it suitable for the demanding conditions found in commercial and industrial piping installations. A reinforced PTFE seat and seal package provides a tight shutoff and resists wear across repeated cycles. The locking lever handle prevents accidental actuation, an important feature in any pressurized service environment. Rated at 125 psi maximum working pressure, this valve suits a wide range of low- to medium-pressure applications installed by licensed plumbers and pipefitters.
This valve is sized for 1/4 inch threaded pipe connections and is appropriate for residential, light commercial, and industrial service lines carrying compressed air or water. Its full port design minimizes pressure drop across the valve, making it a preferred choice where flow restriction must be kept to a minimum. The locking lever adds a layer of safety in accessible mechanical rooms, utility spaces, or compressed air distribution panels where inadvertent handle movement could interrupt service.
Designed for use with compressed air and water systems requiring 1/4 inch threaded connections. Suitable as an OEM-style or replacement shutoff valve in light commercial and industrial piping applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local codes and the International Plumbing Code. Depressurize and drain the system completely before removing any existing valve or fitting. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to male threads per standard practice before making up the connection. Verify that the locking lever is disengaged and the valve is in the fully open or fully closed position appropriate to the system before returning the line to service.
