The MILWAUKEE TOOL 49-16-2650BX is a replacement IPS-P pivoting press ring jaw designed for use with Milwaukee Force Logic press tools. This jaw attachment handles 1/2-inch pipe and is engineered to create reliable, leak-free pressed connections in professional piping installations. The pivoting ring design allows the jaw to seat evenly around the fitting during the press cycle, reducing the risk of incomplete connections. It is installed by licensed plumbers and pipefitters working on both new construction and retrofit projects where pressed pipe systems are specified.
This press jaw is intended for residential and light commercial plumbing applications where 1/2-inch pressed connections are required. Compatible pipe materials include black iron and stainless steel pipe. The jaw mounts directly to M12 Force Logic and M18 Force Logic press tools, making it a practical addition to job sites already running Milwaukee cordless press equipment. Minimum and maximum pipe capacity is 1/2 inch, so this jaw is dedicated to that single size.
Designed for use with the M12 Force Logic Press Tool and the M18 Force Logic Press Tool. Compatible with 1/2-inch black iron pipe and 1/2-inch stainless steel pipe using the IPS-P press ring system.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter following applicable local plumbing codes. Depressurize and drain the pipe system before making any press connections. Verify the jaw is fully seated and locked into the press tool head before initiating the press cycle. Inspect the pressed connection visually for a complete, uniform ring indent before restoring pressure to the system.
