The MILWAUKEE TOOL 48-73-8753E is a pair of cut and puncture resistant gloves engineered for general-purpose trade work where hand protection is a daily requirement. Rated ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A5 and Puncture Resistance Level 5, these gloves are built around a polyethylene primary shell with a nylon and spandex backing and lining for flexibility and fit. The nitrile coating applied to the thumb and index finger provides targeted grip and dexterity where it matters most. Weighing approximately 0.11 pounds per pair, they are light enough for extended wear on the job.
These gloves are suited for residential and commercial trade applications including HVAC installation, plumbing rough-in, electrical work, and pool equipment service. The elasticated wrist cuff secures the glove during repetitive hand movements, and the polyurethane grip surface supports controlled handling of sheet metal, pipe, conduit, and other sharp-edged materials. The SMARTSWIPE series designation indicates touchscreen-compatible fingertip zones, allowing use of smartphones and tablets without removing the gloves. Available in unisex XL sizing.
Designed as a general-purpose cut and puncture resistant glove for trade professionals requiring ANSI/ISEA A5 cut protection in XL sizing.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that may compromise protection. Gloves should be donned before handling sharp materials such as sheet metal, conduit ends, or copper pipe. Replace immediately if the coating or shell shows signs of damage. These gloves are not rated as a blood-borne pathogen barrier and are not FDA approved for medical use.
