The MILWAUKEE TOOL 48-73-7151E is an ANSI/ISEA A5 cut-resistant and puncture-resistant glove designed for general-purpose trade work. Built on a polyethylene and nylon-spandex shell, the glove achieves ANSI/ISEA Level 5 cut resistance and Level 5 puncture resistance while maintaining dexterity for tasks that require hand control. The nitrile dip coating on the thumb and index finger adds grip and abrasion resistance rated at ANSI/ISEA Level 5 in the most contact-heavy areas. Part of the SMARTSWIPE series, the fingertips are touchscreen-compatible, which is useful on job sites where tablets or smartphones are part of the workflow.
These gloves are suited for electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and other trade professionals who handle sheet metal edges, conduit, copper tubing, sharp fittings, or other materials that present cut and puncture hazards. The elasticated wrist cuff keeps the glove secure during overhead or high-motion work. The unisex medium sizing fits a wide range of hand sizes, and the gloves are sold as a pair. They are appropriate for light to medium-duty general-purpose use across residential and commercial service environments.
Designed as a general-purpose cut and puncture resistant work glove suitable for trade professionals in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related fields who require ANSI/ISEA A5 cut protection during standard service and installation tasks.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, punctures, or coating separation that may compromise protection. Replace immediately if the shell or coating shows visible damage. These gloves do not provide electrical arc flash or high-voltage insulation protection and should not be used as a substitute for rated electrical insulating gloves where required by NFPA 70E or applicable safety standards. Follow your employer's PPE program and applicable OSHA hand protection requirements when selecting gloves for specific hazard levels.
