The MILWAUKEE 48-22-1235 is a 35-foot wide-blade tape measure built for trade professionals who take solo measurements, work at elevation, or need reliable standout on long runs. The steel blade delivers 18 feet of reach and 15 feet of standout, reducing the need for a second person on layout work. A double-sided anti-tear coating reinforces the first 6 feet of the blade at the hook end, where wear is heaviest. The impact-resistant body is fully reinforced for jobsite drops, and the wire-form belt clip is designed to reduce pocket and loop tearing over time.

This tape measure is suited for residential and commercial construction, HVAC rough-in layout, plumbing and electrical rough-in, framing, and general trade use.
