Milwaukee's 48-20-5160 core bit is designed for drilling large holes with a shallow depth. This core bit cuts a kerf only, and has a usable depth of four and three-eighths inches. The operator must remove the inside core to continue deeper drilling. Its thick wall construction supports larger hammers and is suitable for seasoned or cured concrete. A seven and a half inch extension can be used to increase the drilling capacity. The core bit requires an appropriate spline drive shank depending on the diameter for efficient operation. Utilize the 48-20-5199 center pin and the 48-20-5175 guide plate to properly position and start the hole. Various diameters from one inch to six inches are available for this core bit, making it versatile for different drilling needs.
This product is ideal for heavy-duty drilling applications in masonry and concrete.
