The MIDLAND INDUSTRIES SS6804-12-12-12 is a three-port run tee adapter machined from 316 stainless steel for use in high-pressure hydraulic and fluid system plumbing. It connects a 3/4-inch Male JIC port on each end of the run with a 3/4-inch Male Adjustable O-Ring Boss (MAORB) port at the branch, using a 1-1/16-12 thread form on all three connections. Rated to 3500 psi maximum operating pressure and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1000 degrees F, this fitting is built for demanding service conditions. Hydraulic technicians and industrial plumbers install this adapter where a JIC run line must branch to an O-Ring Boss port without breaking the main flow path.
The SS6804-12-12-12 is suited for hydraulic power units, fluid transfer systems, and industrial plumbing assemblies where both JIC and MAORB connection types must be joined in a single inline fitting. The adjustable O-Ring Boss branch port allows precise rotational alignment before lockdown, making it practical in tight or oddly routed plumbing layouts. Its 316 stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for corrosive fluid environments, marine hydraulics, and food-grade or chemical process systems that require stainless wetted surfaces.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service fitting for hydraulic and fluid plumbing systems requiring a Male JIC to Male Adjustable O-Ring Boss run tee in 316 stainless steel. Part of the Midland Industries SS6804-NWO Series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or licensed plumber familiar with JIC and O-Ring Boss fitting procedures. Depressurize and fully isolate the hydraulic or fluid circuit before removing or installing any fittings. The adjustable O-Ring Boss port requires a backup wrench to hold the fitting body while the locknut is tightened to prevent seal distortion. Verify that all mating threads and sealing surfaces are clean and free of damage before assembly.
