The MIDLAND INDUSTRIES DX252540 is a quick disconnect spray nozzle designed for pressure washer applications. It delivers a 25-degree spray angle at a flow rate of 4 gallons per minute (GPM) and is rated for pressures up to 4000 psi. Constructed from stainless steel, this nozzle is built to handle demanding wash conditions and resists corrosion in wet environments. It accepts a 1/4-inch quick disconnect connection and is color-coded green for fast tip identification in the field. The nozzle is rated to 300 degrees F, making it suitable for hot-water pressure washing setups. Licensed plumbers, contractors, and pressure washer service technicians are the typical installers.
This nozzle is used with residential and commercial pressure washers that accept 1/4-inch quick disconnect fittings. The 25-degree spray pattern is a general-purpose angle suited for surface cleaning, vehicle washing, and equipment rinse-down where a balance of coverage and impact pressure is needed. The green color coding is the industry-standard designation for the 25-degree tip, allowing techs to swap tips quickly without measuring spray angle. It is appropriate for use with both cold-water and hot-water pressure washer systems operating within its rated pressure and temperature range.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement quick disconnect spray nozzle for pressure washers with 1/4-inch quick disconnect wand fittings rated to 4000 psi or below.
Install and replace pressure washer nozzles with the system fully depressurized and the machine shut off. Align the nozzle with the quick disconnect wand fitting, push forward, and rotate to lock before applying pressure. Always verify the nozzle pressure and flow ratings meet or exceed the output specifications of the pressure washer being used. Wear appropriate eye protection when operating pressure washing equipment.
