Product Description

The MIDLAND INDUSTRIES 940522 is a wye-pattern strainer designed to remove debris and particulate from fluid systems before it reaches valves, pumps, meters, and other downstream equipment. The body is constructed from brass with a 20-mesh, 304 stainless steel screen. Connection is female pipe thread (FPT) at a 3/8-inch nominal size. Rated to 250 psi WOG and 180 degrees F, this strainer is suited for water, oil, and gas service in plumbing and piping systems. Installation and maintenance are handled by licensed plumbers and pipefitters in both residential and light commercial applications.
