The MIDLAND INDUSTRIES 825320C is a D.O.T.-rated bulkhead union fitting designed to pass tubing connections through a panel, bulkhead, or partition wall and maintain a secure, leak-free seal. Both ends accept 5/32-inch push-to-connect tubing, allowing fast, tool-free tube insertion without ferrules or compression sleeves. The composite body meets Department of Transportation standards, making it appropriate for pneumatic brake and air-line applications in commercial vehicles and mobile equipment. Rated to 145 psi and certified for use across a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 140 degrees F, this fitting delivers reliable performance in demanding service environments. Installation and service technicians working on air-line, pneumatic control, or fluid transfer systems rely on this union to simplify bulkhead routing.
The 825320C is suited for pneumatic tubing runs that must pass through a chassis wall, enclosure panel, or equipment partition. Typical applications include commercial vehicle air systems, pneumatic control panels, and mobile equipment where D.O.T.-compliant fittings are required. The push-to-connect design on both sides of the bulkhead speeds up installation and allows tubing to be disconnected and reconnected during service without replacing the fitting itself.
Designed as an OEM-style D.O.T. push-to-connect bulkhead union for 5/32-inch tubing in pneumatic air-line and control systems requiring Department of Transportation compliant fittings.
Installation is typically performed by pneumatic system technicians or vehicle air-brake service professionals. Before installing or removing the fitting, depressurize the air system completely and verify zero pressure at the work point. Push tubing firmly into each port until it seats fully against the collet. To release tubing, depress the collet ring while pulling the tube straight back. Follow all applicable D.O.T. regulations and equipment manufacturer specifications when servicing air-brake or pneumatic control lines.
