The MIDLAND INDUSTRIES 57138 is a welded steel pipe nipple rated for Schedule 40 service, connecting two 1-1/4 inch male pipe thread (MPT) fittings with a total length of 12-3/8 inches. The pipe wall measures 0.14 inches thick, and each end carries a thread length of 1.01 inches, conforming to ANSI B1.20.1 dimensional standards. Finished in black, this nipple is designed for use in gas, oil, and water piping systems where SCH 40 pressure ratings are required. Installation Notes
