The MIDLAND INDUSTRIES 35046 is a lead-free brass reducing tee designed for PEX piping systems in residential and light commercial plumbing. It provides a three-port junction with 1/2-inch PEX connections on two ports and a 3/4-inch PEX connection on the third, allowing a main 3/4-inch supply line to branch into two 1/2-inch runs. Rated to 160 psi and 200 degrees F, this fitting handles the pressure and temperature demands of potable water distribution and hydronic applications. The lead-free brass construction meets drinking water compliance requirements. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters are the primary installers of this fitting type.

This reducing tee is suited for potable hot and cold water distribution in residential new construction and retrofit projects, as well as radiant heating and hydronic systems using PEX tubing.
