The MIDLAND INDUSTRIES 20105C is a composite-body swivel male branch tee designed for push-to-connect pneumatic and fluid distribution lines. It provides a three-way split from a single supply run, with two 1/4-inch push-to-connect ports and one 1/8-inch male NPT swivel port. The positional swivel feature allows the NPT branch to be rotated and locked into the best orientation for the installation before final assembly. Rated to 150 psi and suitable for service between 32 and 140 degrees F, this fitting is appropriate for compressed air, instrumentation tubing, and light fluid systems. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pneumatic controls installers are the primary trades working with this component.
The 20105C is used in residential and light commercial applications where a compact tee fitting is needed to branch off a push-to-connect tubing run while also connecting to a threaded port on a valve, sensor, or manifold. The 1/8-27 NPT thread on the swivel port matches common instrument ports and solenoid valve inlets. Its composite body keeps weight low and resists corrosion in moisture-present environments. Typical install scenarios include pneumatic control panels, HVAC controller tubing runs, and compressed-air distribution manifolds where space and tube routing flexibility are priorities.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect branch tee for use in composite-body PTC pneumatic and fluid tubing systems requiring a 1/4-inch push-to-connect to 1/8-inch male NPT swivel branch connection.
Depressurize and isolate the tubing circuit fully before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Ensure tubing ends are cut square and deburred before insertion to achieve a proper seal. The male NPT swivel port should be oriented to the desired position and the swivel locked before pressurizing the system. Thread sealant compatible with the service fluid should be applied to the NPT threads per standard plumbing and pneumatic practices.
