The MIDLAND INDUSTRIES 00996-0806 is a drilled-through tank coupling designed for connecting tubing to a tank wall or bulkhead in plumbing and fluid-handling applications. The fitting features a 1/2-inch compression inlet on one end and a 3/8-inch female NPTF thread on the other, allowing a secure, leak-resistant connection between a compression tubing run and a threaded port. Constructed from brass, this body-only fitting is rated for temperatures from -65 degrees F to 250 degrees F, making it suitable for a broad range of service conditions. This SKU includes the coupling body only; a compression nut and sleeve are not included and must be sourced separately.
