Middle Atlantic DWR-18-32 Wall Mount Rack 18U 32 in

Product Description

The MIDDLE ATLANTIC - U.S. - LEGRAND DWR-18-32 is an 18-space wall mount rack designed for mounting network, AV, and low-voltage equipment in commercial and residential installations. With a 32-inch depth, this rack accommodates full-depth servers, UPS units, patch panels, and other rackmount gear without requiring a freestanding floor footprint. The DWR-18-32 is built for installers who need a structurally sound wall-mount solution in spaces where floor space is limited. It is typically specified by low-voltage integrators, IT contractors, and AV system installers.

This wall mount rack is suited for server closets, telecommunications rooms, equipment rooms, and structured wiring installations in both commercial and light industrial environments. The 18-space (18U) capacity supports a wide variety of standard 19-inch rackmount equipment. The 32-inch depth allows for rear cable management and accommodates deep chassis units that shorter wall racks cannot house. Installers working on network infrastructure, security systems, or AV distribution systems will find this rack appropriate for those applications.

Installation Notes

Wall mount racks of this depth and capacity must be anchored into structural wall members capable of supporting the loaded weight of all installed equipment. Low-voltage installers should follow local building codes and manufacturer mounting instructions when selecting fasteners and wall anchors. Power down and de-energize all equipment before installing or removing rackmount units. Rear cable management should be planned before equipment is populated to ensure proper airflow and serviceability.
