The MICRO 100 TBB-250 is a brazed solid carbide boring bar designed for internal diameter boring operations on the lathe or machining center. It features a right-hand cutting direction, a 0.32-inch minimum bore diameter, and a 1/4-inch shank. The carbide insert is permanently brazed to the bar body, providing a rigid, low-maintenance setup suited to tight-tolerance bores in steel, aluminum, cast iron, and similar materials. The bright uncoated finish allows machinists to inspect tool condition easily. At 0.05 pounds, the tool is lightweight and easy to handle during setup and changes.

This boring bar fits standard 1/4-inch shank toolholders and is used in production and job-shop environments where small-diameter internal bores are required. Typical applications include finish boring of hydraulic valve bodies, instrument housings, bushings, and other precision components.
