The MICRO 100 50-1100 is a solid carbide turning insert in the CCMT 21.51 style, designed for precision metal cutting in CNC and manual lathe applications. It features a diamond 80-degree insert shape with a neutral hand orientation and a 0.0157-inch corner radius. The insert delivers positive rake geometry with a flat-top chip breaker and a honed cutting edge, supporting clean chip formation and controlled surface finish. Two cutting edges are available per insert. This insert is installed by machinists and CNC operators working in production turning, facing, chamfering, and boring operations.

The 50-1100 is suited for light to medium turning work where a positive-rake, screw-held CCMT insert is specified. It fits standard CCMT-style toolholders designed for the 21.51 insert size, with an inscribed circle of 0.2500 inches and an insert thickness of 0.0938 inches.
