Product Description

Mersen 166 is a non-rejection fuse reducer designed to allow the use of lower rated fuses in equipment having clips with higher ampere ratings. This feature improves circuit protection and allows for the use of time delay fuses closer to the motor nameplate current. For example, renewable or one-time fuses feeding a motor can be replaced with fuses of a more suitable rating.

• Supports class H, K, or R fuses in class H or K clips
• Enables a sixty amp fuse to fit one hundred amp clips
