The MERIT ABRASIVES 66623340035 is a non-woven quick-change abrasive disc designed for surface preparation and finishing on metal and composite materials. It measures 1.5 inches in diameter, runs at a medium 80 grit, and uses aluminum oxide abrasive grain on a flexible polyester and nylon web backing. The disc attaches via a Type S (SocAtt) quick-change system for fast swaps on die grinders and inline grinders. Clean Bond resin technology resists smearing and loading, while the high-loft nylon fiber construction extends service life under repeated use. Licensed trades and fabricators use this disc where consistent, controlled material removal is needed without gouging the workpiece.

This disc is suited for surface prep and blending operations on 300 and 400 series stainless steel, hard and soft carbon steels, tool steels, titanium, super alloys, and fiberglass or composite materials.
