The MERIT ABRASIVES 08834166304 is a 2-inch non-woven aluminum oxide quick-change disc designed for surface conditioning, blending, and finishing on metal and composite materials. The disc uses a Power-Lock Type 3 (TR/Type III) attachment system and is rated to 30,000 RPM. Aluminum oxide grain bonded in resin produces a smooth, consistent cut rate with a uniform surface finish. Non-woven nylon fibers laminated to a tough flexible backing resist tearing under load. This disc is sold individually and is suited for use by metal fabricators, maintenance technicians, and finishing tradespeople.

This disc is intended for use on die grinders, handheld disc sanders, inline grinders, and straight grinders.
