The MCR SAFETY UT1956M is a cut, puncture, and abrasion-resistant work glove built for trade and industrial environments where hand protection against sharp edges, puncture hazards, and rough surfaces is required. The glove features a 13-gauge HyperMax cut-resistant shell rated ANSI Cut Level A5, a sandy foam nitrile palm coating for grip in wet and dry conditions, and a thermoplastic rubber back panel that delivers ANSI Impact Level 1 protection. The seamless acrylic lining adds thermal comfort in cooler working conditions. This is a paired set in high-visibility lime with red coating accents, sized Medium, and suits unisex wear.
The UT1956M is suited for HVAC service, sheet metal handling, plumbing rough-in, electrical work involving sharp conduit or wire, and general mechanical trades where ANSI A5 cut resistance is specified. The high-visibility lime shell improves hand visibility in low-light or high-traffic work areas. The foam nitrile palm and finger coating provides tactile sensitivity while maintaining grip on tools, fittings, and pipe. The added insulating lining material makes this glove appropriate for cold ambient conditions on job sites or in unheated spaces.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard stock glove within the MCR SAFETY UT1956 Series, sized Medium, suitable for unisex use where ANSI A5 cut-resistant hand protection is required.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, punctures, or coating separation that would compromise protection. Do not use gloves that show visible damage to the shell or coating. Gloves should be selected in accordance with the site-specific PPE hazard assessment per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.138. Launder or replace per job site safety program guidelines to maintain rated performance.
