The MCR SAFETY PD6951L is a knit-style, palm-coated work glove built for tasks that demand serious cut and puncture protection. Constructed from high-performance polyethylene (HPPE) at a 13-gauge knit, it meets ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A6 and Puncture Resistance Level 4 — two of the higher tiers in the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard. A gray polyurethane palm coating delivers grip and abrasion resistance rated at ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Level 5. The glove measures 11 inches in overall length, fits a large unisex hand, and weighs 0.46 pounds per pair. It ships as a single pair and is suited for use by HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, and sheet metal workers who handle sharp materials or work around ductwork, conduit, pipe, and metal components.
The PD6951L is designed for trades environments where cut and puncture hazards are routine. The palm-only polyurethane coating keeps the back of the hand flexible and allows ventilation during extended wear. TPR backing adds additional impact and abrasion protection on the dorsal side. Available in a blue and lime colorway for easy job-site visibility, this glove suits general mechanical work, HVAC sheet metal handling, conduit bending, pipe fitting, and similar applications where dexterity and hand protection must both be maintained.
Designed as a general-purpose cut, puncture, and abrasion-resistant work glove in the PD6951 series, sized large and suitable for unisex fit in trade and industrial applications.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, coating separation, or worn areas that may reduce protection. Replace any glove showing visible damage or degradation to the coating or knit shell. Follow your employer's PPE program and applicable OSHA hand protection requirements when selecting and using cut-resistant gloves for a specific task. Do not assume the glove provides protection beyond its rated ANSI/ISEA levels.
