The MCR SAFETY 9818NFS is an 18-gauge cut, puncture, and abrasion-resistant work glove built for trade and industrial applications where hand protection and dexterity both matter. The shell is constructed from ARX Aramid Engineered Yarn with a seamless knit lining. The palm and fingertips are dipped in black nitrile foam, providing grip in dry and lightly oily conditions. The glove meets ANSI 105:2020 Cut Level A4, ANSI 105:2016 Puncture Level 4, and ANSI 105:2016 Abrasion Level 5. Weighing 0.15 pounds per pair, it is sized Small and fits unisex wearers, with a corresponding Women's X-Small sizing equivalent.
This glove is suited for general trade work, light assembly, material handling, glass handling, HVAC sheet metal work, electrical rough-in, and plumbing tasks where cut and puncture hazards are present. The foam nitrile coating delivers tactile sensitivity, making it practical for work requiring feel and precision. The touchscreen-compatible palm allows use of mobile devices and tablets without removing the glove. The knit cuff provides a secure, comfortable fit at the wrist. It is sold as a pair and is unisex in design.
Designed as a general-purpose cut and puncture-resistant glove for trade professionals in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and industrial environments where ANSI A4 cut protection is required. Part of the MCR SAFETY 9818NF series, formerly marketed under the Memphis Glove brand.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, holes, or coating separation that may reduce protection. Replace immediately if structural integrity is compromised. These gloves do not provide electrical arc flash or high-voltage insulation protection and must not be used as a substitute for rated electrical PPE. Follow applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910.138 and site-specific PPE requirements when selecting hand protection for specific hazard levels.
