The MCR Safety 6016OS is a disposable nitrile glove built for demanding industrial environments where grip, chemical resistance, and durability are non-negotiable. At 6 mil thickness, these powder-free gloves offer substantially more protection than standard 3-4 mil disposables. The NitriShield design incorporates Grippaza Technology, which combines a patented fish-scale suction grip pattern on the exterior with an embossed internal grip surface. The external pattern improves traction on wet and greasy surfaces. The internal embossing reduces glove movement against the skin. Together, these features increase tensile strength and overall glove durability during extended wear. Ambidextrous sizing and a 9.5-inch length make these a practical one-size fits-either-hand option for fast-paced work environments.
These gloves are suited for a broad range of industrial and service applications including automotive repair, assembly line work, paint spraying, electroplating, cleaning, asbestos removal, and janitorial tasks. The nitrile material and 6 mil construction provide a meaningful barrier against many common chemicals and contaminants encountered in these trades. Component materials comply with all relevant federal regulations for food contact, making these appropriate for food service applications as well. The touchscreen-compatible fingertip design allows use of mobile devices and digital tools without removing the glove.
Designed for general industrial and food service use where disposable nitrile hand protection is required. Sized for small hands and sold in box quantities meeting a minimum order of 10 units per order.
Disposable gloves do not require installation tooling, but proper donning procedure matters for protection integrity. Inspect each glove for tears or pinholes before use. Do not reuse disposable nitrile gloves after exposure to hazardous chemicals or biological material. Discard immediately if the glove is punctured or torn during use. Consult applicable OSHA PPE standards and your site safety plan when selecting gloves for chemical or hazardous material handling tasks.
