The MCR Safety 598RPWL is a Class 3 high-visibility waist pant constructed from a breathable polyester and polyurethane blend. Class 3 garments meet the highest ANSI/ISEA 107 visibility requirements, making these pants suitable for workers exposed to high-speed traffic or low-light conditions. The 2-inch white vinyl retroreflective striping provides the required contrast trim for Class 3 compliance. The polyester-polyurethane fabric combination balances durability with breathability, reducing heat stress during extended wear in active job-site conditions. These pants are sold individually and weigh approximately 2.14 pounds per unit.
These high-visibility waist pants are intended for road construction crews, traffic control workers, utility and pipeline crews, highway maintenance personnel, and other workers operating in environments where ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 PPE is mandated. They are suited for both daytime and low-light worksites where maximum conspicuity is required by job-site safety plans or regulatory compliance. The breathable fabric construction makes them practical for warmer working conditions where heavier rain gear would be uncomfortable.
Designed as a standalone Class 3 high-visibility waist pant for use in ANSI/ISEA 107-compliant personal protective equipment programs on road, utility, and construction worksites.
These pants are donned and removed by the worker as part of a PPE program and do not require trade installation. Inspect retroreflective striping before each use and remove the garment from service if the vinyl trim shows peeling, cracking, or significant soiling that reduces reflectivity. Follow your site safety plan and applicable OSHA 1926.201 or MUTCD requirements for high-visibility apparel selection and use.
