The MCR SAFETY 32055L is an unlined cowhide leather drivers glove designed for general-purpose work tasks where abrasion and puncture resistance are priorities. Built from CV grade grain cowhide, this glove features a grain leather patch palm, a keystone thumb construction, and a shirred elastic back for a secure, flexible fit. The slip-on cuff and split leather back round out a traditional drivers-glove profile. It is sized Large for men and Medium for women and is sold as a pair. Licensed tradespeople, general contractors, and maintenance technicians reach for this glove when handling rough materials, operating equipment, or performing light mechanical work.
The 32055L suits a wide range of general-purpose industrial and construction applications. The smooth grain cowhide palm delivers tactile feedback while maintaining durability against abrasive surfaces. A color-coded hem allows quick size identification in shared tool cribs or gang boxes. This glove is appropriate for residential and light commercial jobsites, warehousing, fabrication shops, and any environment where a lightweight, unlined leather work glove is the standard choice. It carries an ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 4 rating, making it a credible option where moderate abrasion hazards are present.
Designed as a general-purpose unlined cowhide drivers glove suitable for standard industrial, construction, and maintenance work tasks. Part of the MCR SAFETY 32055 series, formerly known under the Memphis Glove brand.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or worn areas that compromise protection. Replace immediately if the palm patch or thumb gusset shows through-wear. Leather gloves should not be used where electrical arc flash or chemical splash hazards are present unless the glove is specifically rated for those hazards. Allow wet leather gloves to air dry away from direct heat to preserve material integrity.
