The MARS mars-84119 is a 3/4-inch non-metallic liquid-tight conduit connector designed to provide a secure, moisture-resistant termination point for liquid-tight flexible non-metallic conduit (LFNC). This fitting seals the conduit entry at junction boxes, enclosures, and equipment knockouts, keeping moisture and contaminants out of the wiring system. It is used in HVAC, refrigeration, and general electrical applications where flexible conduit must transition into a fixed enclosure. Licensed electricians and HVAC service technicians are the primary installers of this fitting.
This connector is suited for residential and light commercial installations where non-metallic liquid-tight flexible conduit is routed to condensing units, air handlers, control panels, or other electrical enclosures. The 3/4-inch trade size accommodates standard LFNC of the same nominal diameter. Its non-metallic construction resists corrosion, making it appropriate for outdoor and high-humidity environments typical in HVAC and refrigeration service work.
Designed as an OEM-style fitting for use with 3/4-inch liquid-tight flexible non-metallic conduit in standard electrical enclosure knockouts.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements for liquid-tight flexible conduit fittings. De-energize all circuits at the breaker or disconnect before beginning conduit work. Hand-tighten the connector locknut against the enclosure wall and secure with pliers to achieve a firm, moisture-resistant seal without cracking the non-metallic body. Inspect the conduit and connector for damage before placing the system back into service.
