The MARS mars-10858 AZURE Wireless is an ECM constant torque replacement motor rated for multi-horsepower operation from 1/5 to 1/2 HP at 115/230 volts single phase. It operates on 50/60 Hz power and delivers five selectable speeds with bidirectional rotation (reversible forward and reverse), making it adaptable across a wide range of air handler and fan coil configurations. The motor uses ball bearings, a belly band mount, and Class B insulation rated to 55 degrees C ambient. Redundant electronic thermal protection circuits are built in. No external capacitor is required. Licensed HVAC technicians and mechanical contractors install this motor as a direct-drive ECM replacement.
The mars-10858 is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC applications where a failed or inefficient PSC or earlier-generation ECM motor needs to be replaced with a constant torque ECM unit. The AZURE Wireless designation supports wireless commissioning and speed configuration without additional hardware in compatible setups. Typical installations include air handlers, fan coils, and furnace blower assemblies requiring a NEMA 48 frame belly band mounted motor. This motor replaces X13, Ensite, and Endura motor platforms.
