The MALCO S2R is a 3-inch jaw hand seamer built for bending, folding, flattening, and straightening sheet metal edges in the field. The drop-forged, high-impact alloy steel jaws deliver consistent performance on 24-gauge galvanized and mild steel, handling flange and seam depths from 0.25 inches to 1.25 inches. Vee-notched depth graduations on the jaws are marked in 0.25-inch increments for repeatable, accurate bends. A compound leverage design amplifies hand force through the tool's head-to-handle linkage, reducing effort on heavy-gauge work. The Redline ergonomic handles feature a soft-touch, non-slip insert and a one-hand operation latch for secure carrying and fast transitions on the job site.
